PRIVATE LESSONS AND CONSULTATIONS

Being healthy means being in a state of flux, finding one’s own rhythm and living according to this rhythm.
Often, we actually find ourselves forced into a system where we are supposed to function so this system can persist.

Children and young people who oppose the system by means of inventive behaviour
are being stigmatised by “diagnoses” and “therapies” as well as deprived of their natural development.

Emotional imbalance can be harmonised by singing and listening to Raags (emotions set to music).
Rhythmic exercises help rediscover and reinforce our very own inherent rhythm.

Course of action: After a preliminary talk with the family, private sessions on a one on one basis follow.
In those sessions, the young person’s recovery is supported by the means of Naad Yoga.
Duration: 30 to 60 minutes – Age: all age groups
