WELCOME TO SONA, NAAD YOGA FOR CHILDREN!

All of us long for a happy and healthy life, regardless of our age, gender and race.

Generally, as parents or as guardians, in short as people who have the pleasure of dealing with young people,
we strongly desire the same for those children and youngsters in our care:
We wish them to be able to lead a happy life as well.

And yet, what is this happy life comprised of and why is it so hard to reach?

Ancient writings and modern science claim that the human sense of hearing is the most powerful and capable of the five senses.
As early as seven days after fertilisation, initial formations of the ear are recognisable. Four and a half months into embryonic development our actual acoustic organ
is complete and even fully-grown. It is the sense of hearing that the majority of people loses last in their life.

THE BEE BUZZES AS LONG AS IT IS SEEKING A FLOWER: IT BECOMES SILENT WHEN IT SIPS THE HONEY. (RAMAKRISHNA)

It is when we listen carefully that an inbound path opens up to us. To begin with it leads
towards the ever prospering silence, after that towards the Higher Self.

Only when I both know myself and have access to my inner source and wisdom can I feel happy and fulfilled.

WE ARE SIMPLY WONDERFUL. SO LET’S SIMPLY LOVE OURSELVES. (CHRISTOPH SCHLINGENSIEF)
